What is Fostering?
Fostering is the act of opening up your home to a dog in need of a safe place to go. MAD Rescue is a decentralized rescue operation, meaning we do not maintain a physical kennel facility. Instead, we rely on a network of fosters to care for dogs in need of rescue until they can be adopted out to permanent homes across the country.

Why Foster?
Let's face it - you're here because you're passionate about Belgian Breed and Dutch Shepherd dogs in need of help. This is not some big-budget ad campaign-you're here because you're passionate about saving these beautiful dogs and so are we. Fostering is the easiest, simplest way to give back to these beautiful dogs in need and allow Malinois and Dutch Shepherd Rescue to save as many dogs in need as possible.
What Does Fostering Entail?
Fostering entails opening your home to a dog in need. You'll provide the dog with a warm place to sleep, essential supplies such as food and water, and love and guidance as it decompresses and adapts to your specific routines and living situation. You'll be an essential part of MAD Rescue as the hands-on-the-paws component, and you'll be giving a rescue dog the best possible chance at a new fur-ever home.
